Response to Bill 173 Highway Traffic Act (Keeping Ontarios Roads Safe)

OPHA’s Built Environment Workgroup has written a letter to Heather Edwardson in response to Bill 173, Highway Traffic Act (Keeping Ontario’s Roads Safe). This letter supports the proposed amendments related to cycling within the Highway Traffic Act (HTA) and strongly recommends the inclusion of the two other measures to advance road safety.
