Mississauga seniors receive $20,363 for nutrition program

Square One Seniors Wellness Services is receiving $20,363 for their Simple Eats for Seniors project from the New Horizons for Seniors Program (NHSP). The funds will help the organization to offer nutrition and cooking sessions, one-on-one dietitian sessions and create a recipe and nutritional tool kit for community distribution.
