Healthy Eating This evidence summary from Australia provides recommendations for planning comprehensive interventions based on the best available evidence current as of June 2009 on increasing fruit and vegetable consumption among children aged 5 to 12 years. Results for fruit and vegetable consumption from the 2007 Australian National Children’s Nutrition and Physical Activity Survey are also presented.
