Cook It Up! How-to Manual - Planning, Implementing, & Evaluating a Community-based Cooking Program

Food Literacy This manual describes how the London Community Healthy Resource Centre approached the development of a community-based cooking program for at risk youth called Cook It Up! It provides a possible template for other communities to adapt or modify to their community’s needs.
