Break the barriers and stigma attached to Mental Health. Build a strong foundation of knowledge on how Mental Health is connected to so many of our daily interactions; identify key indicators and behaviours of those in crisis and step-by-step basics to transition individuals to a more stable levels of care.
Weather you are professionally or personally intrigued, this two-day course will deepen an understanding, widen a comfort level and provide tools to help individuals in those crucial moments where decisions made can impact the rest of ones life.
